By placing an order, you agree to the following:


All sales are final. Because prints and photo products are made to order, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once your purchase is submitted. Please review your images, sizes, and product selections carefully before checkout.


Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen display and print materials. Printed products are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from 99 & Me Design.


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will work with the print lab to make it right.

DIGITAL IMAGE LICENSE

 

All photos remain the copyright of 99 & Me Design. With the purchase or download of digital images, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license. You may print your images for personal use and share them online, provided that credit is given to 99 & Me Design when posting.


You may not edit, alter, sell, or use these images for commercial purposes. Images may not be entered into contests, used for advertising, or distributed to vendors without written permission. Copyright is not transferred with this download.


By downloading your images, you agree to these terms.

COMMERCIAL IMAGE LICENSE

All images remain the sole copyright of 99 & Me Design. With the purchase of a commercial license, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased images for business, promotional, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to: websites, social media, online advertising, print marketing, and branding materials.


The client may not:

  • Resell, transfer, or give the images to a third party
  • Use the images for resale products (unless agreed to in writing)
  • Alter the images beyond basic crop or resizing
  • Claim copyright or remove photographer credit


Photographer credit (when applicable) is appreciated, but not required for commercial use. This license covers the business named on the invoice only. Vendors, collaborators, or partner companies must obtain their own license to use the images.


Copyright is not transferred with this license. All rights not expressly granted remain with 99 & Me Design.
